Earn While You Learn Activities

An exhibition cum sale was displayed by the Department of Fashion Designing under the theme of Earn While You Learn on 25th August, 2023. The Exhibition was inauguarated by Principal Sir, Mr. Parshant sethi ji. 15 students of various streams participated and sold muffins, home made chocolates, rakhis, rakhi trays, bangles, breclets. Mehandi was also applied by students. The total amount earned by various students amounted to rs 9500/- approx.

Under the patronage of New SD College Managing Committee PG Department of Commerce in collaboration with IQAC, Earn while you Learn initiative organised trade hall carnival on 18-03-2023. 35 teams of various streams participated and earned while doing business activities using their management and marketing skills. The total amount earned by various students amounted to rs 36000/- approx.

Under the patronage of New SD College Managing Committee, An exhibition was displayed by the Department of Fashion Designing under the theme of Earn While You Learn on 11 October, 2022 at district level yuha Mahotsav organised in college campus. 15 students participated and displayed paintings, apparels, Hoop art, chikku and other traditional items. The Exhibition was inaugurated by worthy MLA Mr. Brahm Shankar Jimpa ji, President Mrs. Hema Shrama ji and principal Mr. Parshant sethi.

The students prepared masks for distribution during lockdown under the scheme "Earn While You Learn". Fabric was provided by college to the students to prepare masks. The masks were distributed to the people free of cost during lockdown

An Exhibition cum sale under the theme of Earn while you Learn was displayed by the students of the college on 3rd April, 2019. This Exhibition cum sale was inaugurated by worthy chief guest Dr. Raj kumar, Vice-Chancellor Panjan University Chandigarh.The total amount earned by various students amounted to rs 5000/- approx.

An Exhibition cum sale under the theme of Earn while you Learn was displayed by the students of the college on 03 February, 2019 during Alumni Meet. Different handmade articles were displayed by the students like posters, paper flowers, key ring holder, shagun cards, crochet items, chocolates and other handicraft items. The total amount earned by various students amounted to rs 8535/- approx
