NSS and Yoga and Meditation Club of S.D. College, Hoshiarpur has organised a Yoga session on
occasion of International Yoga day on 21 st June 2022. In this event worthy management members,
Principal, faculty members, other staff members, NSS volunteers and other students give their full
participation. Mr. Ashok Kapoor and Mr. Madan Mohan from Yog Sadhan 3L Model Town
Hoshiarpur enlightened the participants about various yog asana and their importance in our lives.

A Seminar on the counselling of students of Final year (Bcom, Mcom) was conducted by IBT institute Private limited Hoshiarpur to guide them about the preparation of government jobs. Ms. Karishma guided the students very well by initially testing their IQ and then told them very elaboratively about various types of jobs offered in the banks. She interacted with the students by indulging them in games and other interactive activities. The students were then guided about Mental Maths and aptitude. Students very enthusiastically participated in the seminar. The seminar was held under the able guidance of Dr. Nand Kishor Ji and was executed by Incharge, Counselling Cell Mrs. Megha Dua and committee members including Mr. Vipin Kumar, Mr.Paramveer and Dr. Deepika Thalia. Feedback forms were collected from students for further improvements and their valuable suggestions.
